it is hard to think there can be anyone more ashamed to be a part of a nation than greeks. But, dear Ritva, in our case this nightmare is not so inconceivable after all. Bad politics is a nightmare in itself. We have no democracy. The worst has not yet come. People soon will be left with nothing, not even their beloved selfish illusions. It might well be the end of hellas. These last years, i have thought of finland as a place away from this craziness, this lack of perspective and truthfulness. I won't give up on you that easy. In my opinion it is quite reasonable that you are influenced by this crisis and transition of europe. And who knows what kind of information you have, you would be terrified to hear what they have been telling us through tv and press.
